I am a high school graduate and mid-level technician in Food Preparation (4 years), after my social service I took cooking updates at the high studies school of hospitality and tourism "El Sevilla". I worked in restaurants and hotels such as the "Regis" hotel, "Colina", among others. My last job was at the "NH Capri" hotel, where I worked for over 8 years, performing several jobs within the kitchen, such as lunch and hot area, and outside of it, I belonged to the hotel's quality commission.
